I don’t believe in doing things in the right or wrong way. Nor in the disciplinary, master - apprentice situation in which dance is taught in a traditionally western manner. I’m not intrested in carefully structured dance. I’m amazed by the extraodinary way in which dancing connects the conscious and the subconscious mind and body. I believe in the necessity of human expressions through movement and for children, youths and adults - to develop their own body language to reclaim motion from the narrow conventions of society. My teaching aims for liberation and non-hierarchical creativity.
